Astore — A disturbing incident of child sexual abuse has been reported from the Parishning area of Astore district, where a 6-year-old boy was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted.

According to police, the young victim lost consciousness following the assault but was provided timely medical assistance and is currently receiving treatment.

A case has been registered at Astore City Police Station on the complaint of the child’s father.

Under FIR No. 154, police launched an immediate investigation and swiftly apprehended the suspect.

Authorities have confirmed the arrest and indicated that further legal proceedings are underway.
